1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship authentic nutrition products across all pincodes in India. Standard shipping is free within India. Delivery availability and timelines depend on your PIN code.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote & Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding national public holidays).

Once your order is verified and dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will immediately receive:

• Email notification with courier tracking link and AWB number
• WhatsApp & SMS updates at every milestone (Dispatched, Out for Delivery, Delivered)
• Live real-time tracking from your Total Fitness account dashboard

5. Delivery Attempts

Our verified courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If you are unreachable:

• Our delivery partner will reach out via phone call and SMS
• The parcel will be held at your local courier branch for up to 7 days
• After 7 days of non-collection, the parcel returns safely to our warehouse

Every supplement is guaranteed 100% genuine with verifiable seals directly from authorized brand importers. If your order arrives with broken seals or outer packaging damage:

• Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package
• We will immediately arrange a hassle-free replacement or 100% refund
